Former WWE building in Stamford to get 84 upscale apartments under proposal

WWE, which is now located in downtown Stamford, in January sold the building in the east end of the city for $3.75 million to real estate firm MB Financial Group, which has offices in Branford and Boston. The development company is now looking to redesign and renovate the building for upscale housing.
According to the attorney representing the development team, Lisa Feinberg, “The demand for such office space has decreased over the years.
